Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound crawfish tails, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

  • salt and pepper, to taste
